Taralas White Wine

Vinification: Classic white vinification in the temperature-controlled fermentation tank, starting fermentation at 14-16°C, then finishing fermentation up to 22°C, then destemming, stirring with the noble fine lees to create a rich body in the mouth, it is bottled with minimal interventions.

Characteristics: Excellent marriage of the Malagouzia variety with Roditis which gives us an excellent golden yellow wine with a pleasant floral aroma, well structured with a long aftertaste.

Accompanying: Light meals, cheeses, seafood.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
