The winery facilities began to be built in July 2006 and were completed in October 2007.

Among them are the raw material reception area, the winemaking area with the most modern machines for controlled fermentation (explosion machines, ultra-automatic winemakers, fermentation tanks, pneumatic press , nitrogen production unit, cooling unit and stabilization tanks),

the wine aging area with french oak barrels at a temperature of 16 degrees Celsius and 75% humidity and the bottling area with a state-of-the-art bottling complex (monoblock). In the winery, all health and safety conditions are observed, according to the ISO 22000 Standard Quality Assurance System.
